We kindly ask you to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to the following bank account. Your reservation will only be valid upon receipt of the deposit and our booking confirmation.

Important information

Our prices are per apartment and day. If you travel as a family or group, you can find the prices for children and additional persons above. A visitor’s tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. The visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per person and day is not included in the price above and is listed separately on the invoice. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

Arrivals and departures

Our apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival but you can, of course, also arrive earlier. On the day of departure, when your holiday is coming to an end, we kindly ask you to empty your apartment within 10 am. If you should not be able to empty your apartment within 10 am, we kindly ask you to inform us.  

Cancellation policy:

If you have to cancel your holiday, we apply the following cancellation policy:

• One month before your arrival: We charge 30% of the total amount.
• From one month to two weeks before your arrival: We don’t refund the deposit of 50% of the total amount.
• Within the last two weeks before your arrival: We charge 100% of the total amount.
